Delivery Costs - We deliver free of charge on orders over £100 inc VAT. Orders that fall below this have a £7.80 inc. vat carriage charge which will be added to your order at check out.
Accurate orders - Our orders are picked by our experienced team assuring the order is packed accurately and on time ready to be collected by our partner carrier company DPD.
Great Delivery Service - DPD then collect the package from our distribution centre and deliver safely to your door.
Lead Times - Some products on our website have different lead times, or maybe out of stock when you order. We've highlighted expected lead times for these against the items on the site and will despatch these as soon as they are available and the order is complete unless you contact us and request otherwise.
Mixed Deliveries - Due to the large stock range and quantities we hold we have more than one distribution centre so this may mean your order especially for large bulky products may arrive on a second delivery courier other than DPD due to being held at another warehouse( i.e coils of pipe).
Liability Disclaimer - Plumb Mountainl use third-party couriers and cannot guarantee 100% next working day delivery as things can go wrong from time to time and we ask for your understanding when this happens. We disclaim any liability for loss or inconvenience arising from delayed deliveries, including loss of income, profits, markets, reputation, customers, use, or opportunities.
