Do you supply both trade and domestic customers?

Yes we supply plumbing and heating products to both trade professionals and homeowners. Whether you’re a qualified installer or a DIY enthusiast you’ll find the products you need at competitive prices.

Are all your products new and genuine?

Absolutely. We only source products directly from trusted manufacturers and distributors ensuring everything you purchase is 100% genuine brand new and backed by manufacturer warranties.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. All products come with the standard manufacturer warranty. Warranty periods vary by product- Get in touch or see manufacturers website for more information.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. If you’re not fully satisfied you can return most items within [14 days] of delivery provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Please see our Returns Policy page for full details.

How quickly will my order be delivered?

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the product ordered. Standard delivery is usually [1–3 working days].

Items not in stock- Where an item is not in stock we have put in our estimated delivery time to you the customer next to the item when ordering.

Where an order is made up of products both in stock and not in stock we will hold the order until it is complete unless the delivery time on the out of stock items are longer than estimated on the site at time of ordering.

Do you offer free delivery?

We offer free delivery on orders over [£50 + VAT]. Orders under that value will be charged a standard delivery fee clearly shown at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS so you can follow your delivery in real time with DPD.

DPD also have a handy app for smartphones which will keep you up to date if installed.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards PayPal and most all major payment methods. All transactions are processed securely through WorldPay by FIS.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Currently we only deliver across the UK. For international orders please contact us before purchasing to discuss delivery options.
