Product Description

This KOS fire cement from Everbuild can be used to patch and repair your heating applications. Its thermo-setting resin and inorganic filler blend can be used around temperatures up to 1250°C without losing strength. The cement is commonly used for bricks and grates in your fireplace,for flue pipes,solid fuel ovens,boilers and central heating. The cement is pre-mixed and easy to spread over the surface material.
The resin in the cement adheres to bricks,blocks,stone or clay. It's recommended that you wear protective gloves and goggles when applying this fire cement due to the silicic acid in the formula. The tub contains a substantial 1kg supply that should cover a 3m surface area,depending on joint dimensions. The muted colour blends well with fireplaces or boilers,so the repaired area won't stand out.
